Yes, you can get a refund. If you go through the ebook and feel it is not for you, email us within 7 days of buying it and we will refund your full ₹99. You do not have to give us a reason, and there is no form to fill.
How to ask: write to skillpulse.in@gmail.com from the same email address you used to pay, and include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We start the refund as soon as we confirm the payment. Your bank or card issuer usually credits the money back within 5 to 7 working days.
The same applies if you are charged twice, or if the file does not download or open for you — write to us and we will either fix it or refund you in full.
A few fair limits: one refund per customer, and the 7-day window runs from the date of purchase. Since this is a downloadable ebook, we ask you to delete your copy once the refund is processed.
