SkillPulse makes practical guides for people who are figuring things out on their own.
Why we made this cookbook
Almost every recipe online is written for someone else. Someone with a full spice rack, a mixer grinder, ninety minutes, and four people to feed. Almost none of them tell you what the dish will actually cost you.
Meanwhile there are millions of people in India cooking for exactly one person, in a small kitchen, on a real budget, after a full day of work or college. They open the fridge at nine at night, find two eggs and half an onion, and order food instead.
The Bachelor 99 Survival Cookbook was written for that moment. 99 real Indian recipes, each on one page, each with an honest cost, each done in 30 minutes or less. Plus a 30-day plan so you do not even have to decide.
What we care about
- Being honest. Where a recipe is a shortcut and not the traditional method, the page says so. We do not call something authentic unless it is.
- Being useful. Every line in the book has to earn its place. No filler, no motivational padding.
- Being affordable. The book costs ₹99. Most of the recipes cost less than that to cook.
Made in India, for India
Every ingredient in this book is available at an ordinary kirana shop. Every price is based on real Indian retail. Every dish is one that people actually cook here.
